① First clean the mold with kerosene to ensure that there is no aluminum slag, dust and dirt in the right-angled groove holes and other places where dirt can easily hide, and that the sliding parts such as parting surfaces, cavities, core pulls and the mold are as clean as new in appearance.
② Use compressed air to dry the mold, especially ensuring that the travel switch and plug parts are dry and free of oil accumulation.
③ Carefully check all parts of the mold according to the fifth item 8-1 standard, and transfer any problematic parts to the mold maintenance area for repair in a timely manner.
④ If there is no problem, lift the mold to the maintenance area and apply anti-rust oil on the guide posts, guide sleeves, cavities, parting surfaces and all sliding parts.
⑤ Finally, lift it to the "mold storage area" for positioning and storage, and fill in the "Mold Loading, Unloading, Repair and Maintenance Card".
Cleaning: Use corresponding tools to clean the mold, and follow the top-down principle to remove all aluminum slag, oil, dust and other dirt on the mold. Be careful not to bump or scratch the cavity, core and other product parts.
