First, conduct a process analysis on the product according to the material category used in the product; the shape and accuracy of the product and other indicators, and determine the process;
Then determine the position of the product in the mold cavity and conduct analysis and design of the parting surface; overflow system and pouring system;
Then design the core assembly and fixation methods for each activity;
Next is the design of core pulling distance and force;
The design of the ejection mechanism;
To determine the die casting machine, design the mold base and cooling system;
Then check the relevant dimensions of the mold and the die-casting machine, and draw process drawings of the mold and each component; finally the design is completed.
