How to test die-casting molds

Instructions for using the die-casting molds:
Since the die-casting molds and production are basically the same, we mainly use the die-casting molds to explain the usage here. The use process is only a cycle process after the die-casting mold is stable.
1. According to the process regulations, set reasonable basic die-casting process parameters.
2. Oil the mold cavity and spray the mold release agent evenly.
3. Close the mold, manually operate the machine, shoot 5-10 molds slowly, observe the material flow, and let the mold gradually adapt to the working environment. During production, the number of slow injection molds can be adjusted appropriately according to the situation.
4. Fast press, according to the molding situation, under the guidance of on-site engineering and technical personnel and die-casting technicians, change different process parameters to achieve the best state and obtain the best technical parameters for use in production.
5. Keep the alloy temperature at the lowest temperature that can form well as much as possible, so as to reduce the occurrence of shrinkage and cracking, and at the same time increase the life of the mold.
6. According to the shape, adjust the flow of cooling water and the opening and closing state in time to maintain a reasonable mold temperature. If conditions permit, it is best to maintain a constant temperature.
7. During use, replace wearing parts in time and keep enough spare parts for timely replacement.
