1. Fasten parts and check whether the fastening parts are loose or damaged. The method adopted is to find parts of the same standard for replacement.
2. The edge of the mold must be sharpened after long-term use. The edge surface must be demagnetized after grinding. It cannot be magnetic, otherwise it is easy to cause blockage.
3. The mold is most likely to break and bend during use, and the punch sleeve is generally gnawed. The parameters of the punch mainly include the operating part size, the installation part size, the length size, etc. The damage of the punch and the punch sleeve is generally replaced with parts of the same standard.
4. Pressing parts such as pressing plates, high-strength rubber, etc., unloading parts such as stripping plates, pneumatic ejectors, etc. During maintenance, check the connection of accessories in each part and whether there is any damage, repair the damaged parts, check whether the pneumatic ejector has any leakage, and take measures for specific conditions.
5. Springs and other elastic parts are most easily damaged during use, and cracking and deformation occur in the human body. The method of adoption is conversion. During the conversion process, you must pay attention to the size and type of the spring. The size and type of the spring are confirmed by color, outer diameter and length. Only when the three items are the same can the conversion be carried out.
